Refund policy

Right of Return – Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery of the last item on the order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The return window is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise your right of return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order. The returned item must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the date of notification.

Cancellations 

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@milotte.no

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as upon delivery
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Show no signs of wear, use, washing, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The customer bears full responsibility for the item until it has been safely received by us.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the receipt as proof of return.

For returns from outside the EU, the package must be clearly marked as “Returned goods”. Any customs charges incurred due to incorrect labeling will be deducted from the refund or may result in the return being refused.

Refunds

  • Refunds apply to the returned product only.
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change size, color, or product, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with our return policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@milotte.no

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will, of course, cover all costs related to incorrect or faulty items.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, digital knitting patterns are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
