Refund policy

Right of withdrawal – physical products

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on physical products, counted from the day you receive the last item in your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

To use your right of withdrawal, email us at support@milotte.no within the deadline. Please send the item back no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at support@milotte.no.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may inspect the yarn as you would in a shop, but if it has been used, washed or wound, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduced value.

Return shipping

  • You cover the cost of return shipping.
  • You are responsible for the parcel until we have received it. We recommend a tracked service and keeping the receipt.
  • For returns from outside the EU, mark the parcel clearly as "Returned goods". Customs charges caused by incorrect labelling may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

  • We refund the price of the returned items and the original shipping cost. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery, the extra cost is not refunded.
  • The refund is made to the payment method you used at checkout.
  • We refund no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal, but may wait until we have received the items back.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, place a new order and return the original item as described above.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@milotte.no with your order number and photos. We cover all costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Digital products

Digital knitting patterns are delivered immediately, and the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download is available. If you need the pattern in another available language, contact us at support@milotte.no.
