These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and use of products and services from Milotté.

2. Scope
When you place an order in our online store, you enter into an agreement with Atelier M AS. These terms apply to purchases in the store and to use of our website, digital products and content. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under consumer protection law.

3. Products
We sell digital knitting patterns (PDF/download) and physical products such as yarn and yarn kits. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

4. Orders and order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete. Please make sure your email and delivery address are correct. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect information from the customer. We may cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues or other exceptional circumstances, and any payment will then be refunded in full.

5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping and any additional costs are shown before you complete your purchase. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.

6. Delivery and shipping
6.1 Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically shortly after purchase via download link and/or email. Delivery is complete once you have access to the file.
6.2 Physical products
Orders are normally packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, and delays may be caused by carriers, customs, holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
6.3 International orders
International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, and Milotté pays them on your behalf, so you should not pay anything on delivery. If you are still asked to pay import fees, contact us and we will sort it out.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns
7.1 Physical products
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the last item in your order, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. Notify us at support@milotte.no within the deadline and send the item back no later than 14 days after notifying us. If the item has been handled more than necessary to inspect it, we may deduct for the reduced value. You cover the cost of return shipping and are responsible for the parcel until we have received it. We refund the price of the items and the original shipping cost (up to the price of our cheapest standard delivery) to the payment method you used, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice. We may wait with the refund until we have received the items back.
7.2 Digital products
Digital knitting patterns are delivered immediately. By completing your purchase, you request immediate delivery and agree that the right of withdrawal ends once the download is available. Digital products therefore cannot be returned or refunded after delivery. If you have technical problems with the file, contact us and we will help.
7.3 Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at support@milotte.no.

8. Complaints
8.1 Physical products
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you can make a complaint under consumer law. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the problem. If the complaint is valid, we replace or refund the item and cover the return costs.
8.2 Digital products
If the digital content does not match what was agreed, we will correct it or send a new file.

9. Damaged deliveries and uncollected parcels
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible, preferably with photos. Parcels that are not collected or are refused at delivery do not count as using the right of withdrawal. Return shipping and handling costs may then be deducted from the refund.

10. Copyright and use of patterns
All patterns, texts, images, charts, designs and logos belong to Atelier M AS and are protected by copyright. When you buy a pattern, you receive a personal licence for private use. You may knit items for yourself or as gifts. You may not share, copy, publish, upload or resell the pattern, in whole or in part, or use it for commercial production, without written permission from Milotté.

11. Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to infringe rights, spread harmful code or interfere with the site. We may restrict or close access in case of misuse.

12. Liability
Milotté is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as carriers, customs authorities or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

13. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms when needed. The version published at the time of purchase applies to your order.

14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Consumers may also seek help from the Norwegian Consumer Council and relevant dispute resolution bodies.
