Shipping policy

Orders are normally packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. In busy periods it may take a few days longer.

Norway

Domestic orders are shipped with PostNord.

International

Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier. You will receive a tracking link when your parcel has been shipped.

International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, and Milotté pays them on your behalf, so you should not pay anything on delivery. If you are still asked to pay import fees, contact us at support@milotte.no and we will sort it out.

Refused or uncollected parcels

If an international parcel is refused or not collected, the customer is responsible for the original shipping, the return shipping and any import fees. If the carrier treats the parcel as abandoned and disposes of it, the order is not refunded.
