Shipping policy

All shipping prices are shown during checkout. Please note that international packages are averaging 1-3 weeks to arrive. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days from the date of order. In periods with high demand it may take some more business days to ship your order.

Your yarn kit will be lovingly packed and shipped to your address. Shipping is calculated at checkout. 

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via PostNord.

International Taxes & Duties

All international orders from Milotté are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). Duties and taxes are calculated and added at checkout, and Milotté handles and pays these charges on your behalf. You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.

Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Refusal of Delivery

If an international shipment from Milotté is refused or not collected by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any incurred import fees, and return shipping expenses. In some cases, the shipping carrier may consider the package abandoned, which may result in disposal. Such orders are not eligible for a refund.
