Carla Poncho (English, Norwegian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish and Danish) - Knitting pattern by Milotte.
The Carla Poncho is worked from the top down. First, the neckline is worked back and forth in brioche stitch with a double-knit button band. The work is then joined and continued in the round in stockinette stitch, featuring an elegant cable pattern centered at the front and back. On each side of the chart, increases are worked evenly every other round, shaping the poncho and creating a natural drape over the shoulders. The piece is finished by folding the stockinette section double to form a stable edge.
